Delivery Times
Delivery is available to Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is not available. We regret that we are unable to offer a time for delivery.
We aim to deliver within 5 days following the date your order is placed to most UK addresses, however please allow for up to 10 days in periods of high demand. Delivery to more remote areas may take up to 2 more working days. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK addresses including BFPO. Please note we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.
Delivery Charge
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95. There is one simple delivery charge no matter how many items you have in a SINGLE order.
Returns
Items can be returned by post or to any freestanding store within 28 days of the order being received by you. Store returns can not be made at department store concessions. We reserve the right to reject the return (and refund request) if received over 28 days from date of dispatch.
By Post
To return items by post complete the returns paperwork and take your order along to your nearest post office.
Via Store
Items can be returned via any of our freestanding stores. Simply take your dispatch and returns notes along with your items and your payment card. Store returns are not available in department store concessions. Refunds can only be processed on to the Credit/Debit card you used to place your order.
Exchanges
Via StoreWe are happy to exchange your items in store subject to store stock availability. Items can be exchanged at any of our freestanding stores.
