Delivery Times
Subject to terms and conditions we deliver to all UK, Isle Of Man and BFPO addresses. Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Eire or PO Box addresses. Delivery is currently not available outside of the UK. Delivery is available to Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Saturday delivery is not available. We regret that we are unable to offer a time for delivery.
StandardWe aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed to most UK addresses. Delivery to more remote areas may take up to 5 working days. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
Next DayWe aim to deliver orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday by the next working day. Orders placed between 12 noon on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Next Day Delivery is not available in the Highlands and Islands and some remote areas of the UK*. Please note a signature is required for this service.
Occasionally some items may not be in stock immediately and this can cause short delays - if this happens our Customer Service Team will contact you to let you know of any problems.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK addresses including BFPO. Please note we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK.

Delivery Charge
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 and next day delivery is £9.95. There is one simple delivery charge no matter how many items you have in a SINGLE order.
Returns
We offer a free returns service. Items can be returned by post or to any freestanding store within 28 days of the order being received by you. Store returns can not be made at department store concessions.
By Post
To return items by post please contact our Customer Service Team, for a returns authorisation number, complete the returns paperwork and take your order along to your nearest post office.
Via Store
Items can be returned via any of our freestanding stores. Simply take your dispatch and returns notes along with your items and your payment card. Store returns are not available in department store concessions. Refunds can only be processed on to the Credit/Debit card you used to place your order.
Exchanges
By Post
Items can only be exchanged for alternative sizes of the same product. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of your order being received back into our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service Team for a returns authorisation number and mark your paperwork clearly with EXCHANGE and the size you require.
Via Store
We are happy to exchange your items in store subject to store stock availability. Items can be exchanged at any of our freestanding stores.
