Delivery


Standard - For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed. For orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), we aim to deliver within 3 working days. A signature is required on delivery. Products cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

At exceptionally busy times, we will send you a personal email if we are experiencing problems with your order.

Next Day For mainland UK, we aim to deliver within 24 hours following the date your order. For orders placed before 12 Noon. Orders placed between 12pm on a Thursday and the end of the weekend (or bank holiday if applicable), will be processed the following Monday. A signature is required on delivery. Products cannot be deliver to PO Boxes. A working day is Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order & Next Day Delivery is £9.95, regardless of the number of items.

Returns


Returns Guarantee
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 28 days of receipt, with the exclusion of hats and hairpieces - see below. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

NB: We will only accept returns on hats and hairpieces within 7 days of receipt

Returns by Post
Returns by post cannot be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Number. Please contact our Customer Services Department within 14 days of receipt of the goods, or 7 days if returning a hat or hairpiece, in order to get a Returns Authorisation Code.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from ccfashion.co.uk. You will be refunded onto the card that the goods were purchased with.

Returns to Store
For your convenience, you can go to your nearest CC shop with your returns. Please note: we cannot accept returns on items purchased via the CC Internet website at any of our department store concessions. Please ensure that you take your despatch note with you as your proof of purchase. You will also require the card that was used to purchase the order online. If you are not the cardholder for the order, they will need to be present at the time of return to store to accept the refund back onto their credit / debit card.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £30.00'), you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in that offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

Returning Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event of your item being faulty, as above, contact our Customer Services Department within 14 days of receipt of the goods, or 7 days if returning a hat or hairpiece, in order to get a Returns Authorisation Code then return it to the Freepost address also mentioned above.

NB: Returns by post will not be accepted without a valid Returns Authorisation Code.

7 Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive back the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

Refunding the Delivery Charge
If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive the item. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.

Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.

How to Pay
You can pay by Visa, Delta/Connect, Maestro*, Mastercard or the CC Credit Card.We do not accept Solo or Visa Electron cards at this stage.

* We do not accept international Maestro cards. Payments on these cards will not be processed after an order has been placed.

Your credit card will only be charged once the goods have been despatched to the delivery address. On the date of despatch, we will contact you by email confirming date, items and delivery information of your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus the delivery charge.

  • Using your CC Visa Card on ccfashion.co.uk
    Payments made using the CC Visa Card will work as above however in addition you will earn CC Reward Points on all ccfashion.co.uk internet transactions.
  • Using your CC Privilege Card on ccfashion.co.uk
    By carefully and correctly entering your Privilege Card Number in the box provided at the check out stage, you will be able to earn loyalty reward points on your CC internet purchase.

NOTE: Although CC Reward points can be collected when shopping on the CC Internet store, they CANNOT be redeemed. To redeem you Reward Voucher, please visit your nearest CC store. Click here to find your nearest store.

NOTE: Card numbers entered incorrectly will not be picked up, therefore you may not earn loyalty reward points on that purchase.

Credit Card Validation
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment, then we will notify you by email and despatch the order.

In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. One of the purposes for which we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times, where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect, you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
