We are delighted to tell you about an exciting initiative that we are developing through our Flagship store in Regent Street which we believe will facilitate the development of our people and ensure future success for our business.
We know that we are extremely fortunate to have many talented people currently working within our stores and feel that our new initiative will provide these individuals with the opportunity to develop essential skills and enjoy the benefits of career progression within Austin Reed.
Our Regent Street store provides the perfect environment for us to introduce a Centre of Excellence in our business. The store not only encompasses all elements of our brand, it also provides an ideal base for learning and skill development for our people. It is our intention that this base will be used to grow and develop our managers of the future through on-the-job learning programmes, supported by structure training plans according to job level.
To introduce this new initiative to the business we are looking to recruit talented and enthusiastic individuals to the role of Sales Manager. We have 3 vacancies and perhaps you could fulfil one of them! If you answer yes to the following questions, we would love to hear from you

In order that we fully support the development of this initiative, Nick Ferguson – General Manager, will be relinquishing responsibility for the City stores so that he can commit to delivering this business change. Nicky Shepherd therefore assumes responsibility for the City with immediate effect. Those stores who are directly affected by this will be contacted independently for further discussion.
